Margo couldnt beat Pac, even with cement wraps and ped's in Margo's favor. Not at this point. (assuming the fight was at 147)

Interesting video. Not long ago I mentioned here that Margarito would give Manny a tough fight but most people disagree. I don't think I would go as far as to pick Margo over Pacquiao but I do agree that stylistically it's a tough fight for Manny Pacquiao.

I dunno man, maybe I'm underestimating Margo, alot of us thought the same thing about Cotto too, and we all know what happened to Cotto.

i just can't see Margo keeping up with Pac, margo starts slow and pac dominates first 4 - 5 rounds, the problem is pac doesn't slow down and i don't think margo can put effective pressure on pac throughout the fight,

i think pac wins by late stoppage or UD

Yes, but these are different fighters that bring different attributes to the table. I picked Pacquiao over Cotto because I thought Manny was going to hurt Miguel with punches he wouldn't be able to see coming and wouldn't be able to adjust.

With Margo I could see him behind on points, but not going anywhere, putting excruciating pressure on Pacquiao, making him uncomfortable with the fight, hitting the body and making Pacquiao fight when he doesn't want to fight.

I guess the key question here is can Pacquiao hurt Margarito enough where he stops him if he keeps coming forward or earns his respect enough where he can outbbox him. Because I certainly think that Margarito can hurt Pacquiao with relentless pressure.

I think at this point when it comes to pressuring Pac, it doesn't do you any good if you are not wearing him down. Cause you know with Margo trying to pressure Pac, Margo will be eating scary amounts of punches, and with that, Pacquaio doesn't stop throwing punches late either.

Unless a born again Margo can punish Manny to the body, and somehow make him tire, I see Pacquaio doing what he does best now, getting a relatively late Tko from an accumulation of punches, possibly a lopsided decision.

Pac is very confident in his chances against Margarito. I remember even a long time ago when he had just moved up from Lightweight and before Margarito lost to Mosley, Roach said in an interview how he thought Margarito might be too dangerous for Pacquiao but Pacquiao had told him he could outbox Margarito easily.

Those are two possible scenario's. I think the Margo punching the body and tiring Pac is far more realistic than what some fans think. Imagine if Pacqiuao is not able to hurt Margo and Tony starts landing gard on the body and later to the head. Him being the bigger, stronger fighter makes his pressure much more effective and bothersome than any other Pac's faced before.

The thing is, Pac will pummel Magarito's body. He won't be headhunting all night like Cotto was.

Margarito won the fight against Gracia, but couldn't make the guy back up even though he was hitting him all night. I wonder why?

I don't like this fight because if Pac beats Margarito, some fans will say Margarito is a shadow of himself after he got beaten badly by Mosley whom Floyd beats.

Dwyer has a thing for Margarito. He picked him over Shane Mosley. In fact, he said it would be a mismatch
