Tayvien Alpough puts Riley Buck down three times and the referee stops the contest at 2:34 of the opening round.

 

Buck had an 0-1 record but I am not convinced he has had any training. He had no form offensively or defensively. Buck, from Montana, had had two fights. One in Maryland and one in Tennessee. He's 25 years old and has the makings of a man who is going to get beat up a lot.

 

This was Alpough's third first round KO in as many career fights. Props to Buck who went longer than Alpough's other two opponents combined. It's hard to know what to make of Alpough when he's fighting opponents line Buck and company.

 

Ryan Diaz (0-0) vs Darius Taylor (0-3) Light Heavyweights

 

Taylor came out throwing punches wilder than his out of this world afro. It took Diaz a minute or so to get his bearings but once he did he walked Taylor down and put him down for the count at 2:10 of the first round.

 

We are now into the 24th minute of live music being used to fill the time void after three consecutive first round stoppages.

 

Jordy Suarez Gonzalez (0-0-0) vs. Jashawn Hunter (1-8-0) Junior Welterweight

 

The Tubbs that's fighting tonight is Tony Tubbs son. That's all I know.

 

Hunter has been knocked out in the first round in six of his eight losses.
