Ahh, guess that explains that. I was wondering why the commentators called this the second to last match when:

Wyatt Sanford vs. Shawn Charles Archer, 4 rounds @ welterweight

...was still to come, per BoxRec. Seems it is just this, then the main event.

 

Crowd getting restless.

Quintana talked up a war with his fellow Mexican, and instead has been cautiously engaging in (and losing) a distance boxing match.

 

Quintana has lost just about every round and been down a couple of times. Only real drama left is seeing if he can survive the last three.

 

Matt Casavant has given Quintana one round. Scorecards at this point are pretty academic.

 

The only really impressive performances on this card so far have come from the show opener, Israyelyan, and the following act, Fendero.
