I'm sorry, what I meant to say was the great heavyweight probably is victorious over the so-so contender with no power, and very little will to win or intelligence to recognize what winning actually requires. I know...it's a shocking prediction...Charles by knockout if his opponent tries-which isn't a given, of course. Most likely, Charles by lop-sided, non-competitive decision. Non-competitive, as in, the opponent doesn't actually try to compete, of course.
um Young has never been KO'd before and it's not going to be by Charles. I don't have a problem with picking Charles but he certainly won't knock him out nor will it be one sided. The young of the second lyle fight vs the charles of the louis fight would be a great technical matchup that I think Charles would win just because he was a better fighter overall.
They are very evenly matched technically. I have not seen enough of Charles at heavy to decisively pick him. Like I said the Joe Louis version probably wins
People say this sort of thing often, but this is one fight you could not pay me (unless it was a whole lot) to watch.
