I can sort of see what he means, how Khan didn't stop the uppercut from landing repeatedly, and how he stumbled forward if he missed a combo... But its not like Roach is going to ignore these things. One of the major things that you pick up from Khan in his training interviews and with Roach interviews, its that Khan is a good student of the game and always listens to Roach... So, I don't see these really being major things in the future.

Roach will iron the majority of his problems out soon enough. The first thing he needs to sort out is the footwork, the rest will come from there.

Agreed 100% Kahn make a lot of amateur mistakes.

  6. Yeh thats right he used to kill himself to make lightweight you could tell because he looked so top heavy he had no leg mass at all , and yeh he could easily fight at 147 or 154 , i think 160 is too much though.

The first thing I asked after the Maidana fight, is would this Khan beat the Hatton that fought Mayweather? The majority said no. And I agree.

Khan looked great at times, but as someone said, he fights like Pacquiao at times yet doesnt have the physical attributes to sustain it.

  8. I dont think Khan would ever fight Matrinez or Williams anyway Khan would get taken apart quick

Khan needs head movement and foorwork, if he works on that he will be allright.

I said the same thing immediately after the Maidana fight. All the drunken Khan fans yelled at me for it.

With the exception of James Toney(Toney was a complete fighter prior to being with Roach) what fighter did Roach teach good defense too?
