I was curious to start this poll to see what most fans would answer...

If both Boxers are knocked down at the same time and they don't get up before the referee's count of 10.......what is the end result ?

I would say technical draw. Its not a no contest as they are fighting and nothing illegal has happened. No one won, therefore a draw is theonly option.

It happened in MMA once, I'm not sure what the result was. I'm guessing a draw would be a fair result.

If you get knocked down and dont make the count then you lose by TKO.
Both men are unable to continue and the end result should be a draw.

I would say they both lose via KO. You can only have a draw when you go to the scorecards. If both get knocked out by a legal punch, and neither gets up, then I would assume that both fighters lose. You have created a big mess with this question. :nut

    It's a draw, not a technical draw.

If you can't make the count that goes down as an official KO, not a TKO.

Didn't this happen in Rocky II (nearly)?

I don't know, but a draw or technical decision make sense.

That ending never made any ****ing sense to me. Rocky wasn't downed by a punch, he landed a punch and his own momentum propelled him to the canvas. Wouldn't that just be an accidental fall or a slip? Apollo Creed should've been the only fighter being counted out in that scenario.

I just checked it and the commentators said that it would have been a draw if Rocky hadn't got up. Yeah, it didn't look like a legit double KD though.
