Boxing fans will be paying for the Canelo vs GGG III PPV and PBC already has Wilder's comeback night on October 15 also on PPV. So yes if that happens it will surely not be before the end of November.
Dan Raphael continues to imply that the fight is close. As mentioned above, tho, can't imagine it happening before end of year. At a certain point it would make sense to stage it in February, after the Super Bowl. Fox could promote it throughout the NFL playoffs (like Fury/Wilder II).
