He is not there yet, but with the improvements we saw last night - I dare say that Dirrell will be a pleasure to watch in the years to come.

I have rarely enjoyed a performance as much as I did the first 6-7 rounds yesterday. Even some of the later rounds... there was one incident where he seemed to purposefully stay in the corned with Abraham.... I was thinking wow - this could be a boy-to-man kind of fight for Dirrell!

Anyway - I have said it about a year and a half ago, but now I am making a thread about it: Dirrell is a phenomenal fighter!

Did he fight like a bithc against Froch? Yes.
Did he show signs of that in round 7, 8, 9? Yes, unfortunately..
Did he show a more pro-attitude against most of the rounds against AA than against Froch? Yes, definitely.

I like Dirrell both as a fighter and as a person.

His corrupt through-and-through promoter and lawrence cole? No comments. Important thing is that I don't think Dirrell was in on it.

So little love for Dirrell..... :/

Had I written Calzaghe, Adamek, or Toney - the love would be flowing..... :)
