early morning jog then weights cool?

    nothing wrong with jogging then weight session early right?

    well after a long run hormones drop and you probably wont get too much from the workout

    If you're trying to gain muscle and or strength, you should do weights first.

    cardio or weights for no more than a half hour in the morning and the other half in the evening. For best results.
