which one do you prefer better? Is there any benefit of one over the other?
For mye It's harder to run in the morning when your body is stil half asleep. You have to push yourself harder in the morning. So now I run around 9 or 10 pm and it's way better. My body is full of energy even after 2 hours spent in he gym.
Which one do you like better ?
Why is it that when you hear boxer you get the image of a guy waking up before the dawn and running empty streets. I know PBF doesnt do morning runs. I dont think there is any benefit to it?

I run at night. I don't have time in the morning unless I get up too early.

It might give you an edge mentally knowing you had the discipline to get up in the morning and go run

Running at night is easier also according to Mens Health magazine, esspecially in terms of HIIT / Sprints.

Run whenever you are most motivated to do it. A lot of people are more motivated (or it fits their schedule better) to run at night but they constantly try to force themselves to run in the morning because they think that's it's better. Whatever gets you out and running is best.

    It doesn't matter.

I would suggest HIIT in the morning after you eat if you want to do something in the morning but running at anytime is fine.

I hate the morning I run in the afternoon.

I agree. It doesn't much matter when you ran but that you ran as regularly as possible.
