How many of you work full time or have a busy schedule, wake up early to get your roadwork in the morning and train in the evening? Takes some getting use too!

a lot of people do that

Yeah, I do it the other way around though - box before work, run at night. Seems to work better for me, and sometimes the gym's closed by the time I finish work.

early mornen the best time to run its fresh and cool and beter for your health as theres less air polotion from cars and training in the mornen gets your metabolizim goen which helps weight loss as you start burnen caloies quicker

Worst thing to do is give a start date. Just start - now! Its so easy to put off

Not easily. I seem to be at work when most of the guys are sparring, and even if I get out of work early it's hard to get the mindset into sparring after a long day at work. But I've found a guy my size who likes morning sparring sessions so it's all good now.

i do intervals and a 5 mile run all first thing in the morning some light stretching i think it helps get your body in gear for the rest of the day and keeps you metabolism pumpin always good to burn that excess fat
