Loma had to agree to an early weigh-in to make this fight happen. He is already a weight bully, and against a much smaller Loma, Haney stacked the decks on this one.

Keep an eye on the referee and Dave Moretti's scorecard.

If you're a weight bully then you gotta pressure or have power or both.

Two things Haney doesn't really do.

Even when Broner was a weight bully he had issues knocking over midgets and he hits harder than Haney. Hell he lost to Ponce De Leon.

We're just supposed to pretend that moving the weigh in to what I hear was 36 hours before the fight not the 32 I'd previously thought isn't absolutely massively advantageous for the biggest weight bully in boxing bar none who is facing a tiny blown up 126 pounder who he already held an obscene weight advantage over and obviously length too weighing in 24 hours before the fight. And we're also supposed to pretend it wasn't a really underhand move to ensure Haney gets the win as well.

Imagine the outrage from his fans if they moved the weigh in back to 14-16 hours before in order to cripple Haney and not allow him to rehydrate properly or healthily and blow up to his usual weight? There would be dozens of videos on YT about it saying how disgusting it was and how they were out to get Haney and do everything they could to ensure Loma wins. But predictably nothing but crickets from them regarding this.
