So you can measure punching power by watching the tape? You're good then.

It's just my view, but to me Shavers' power was pretty obvious because of the exaggerated way he stepped into his right. His best rights were actually more like lunging punches (Frazier and Iron Mike sometimes did that, too). Punching that way ensures (given the context) that a punch has maximum bodyweight behind it, though it can be hell getting back into position/balance from that point.

Well, in lieu of reading about it in some mouldering old newsprint it'll have to do I guess.

Shavers's weight transference was very good. He really got his whole body into his OH right especially, which allowed him to wring every bit out of his 210lbs he could get. He was a lot like guys like Brewster and Rahman in that respect. Both those guys were hefty punchers as well.

Some of the Cruiserweights like Marco Huck have crazy weight transference as well.

I think Wlads straight was more powerful than Vitali, one of the best ever... but Vitali's combos were heavier and exhausting for his opponents imo.

I wish we could somehow bring them all together in their primes and have them hit you.

Then, you would have something to back up the certainty of your opinion other than capital letters and exclamation marks.

Vitali had more powerful right while Wlad had better jab!
Vitali had better right, combis and chin proves he is stronger plus his stamina is better!
He would be always bigger stringer brother of Wlad!

No thank! Please take punches from yourself if you want that!
My opinion is right here and I am sorry that I hurt you Wlad nuthuggers!
Shavers is harder and Foreman is also harder puncher than Wlad which proves everything!

There is no definitive proof to attest to that.

    Yes there is!
Quality of their oponents and their KO ratio proves that they were harder punchers!
You never see Klitchko pounding 300lb heabybag like that and lifting oponents off their feets!

Not sure how finding your style of insulting everyone who disagrees with you totally obnoxious makes me a 'Wlad nuthugger'. I pretty much stopped following current boxing, certainly the heavies, after Lennox Lewis.

I never comment on a Wlad thread as I have never seen him fight.

Sometimes, when you're totally ignorant, it's best to keep quiet. That's just an axiom that I try to follow rather than being a barb at you but, on reflection, it might be worth your noting for future reference.

KO ratio depends on how good your opposition was and on how capable you are of utilizing your punching power effectively.
The majority of Shavers's KOs are against weak small men and bums. Wlad beat better opposition. Or to put it better, Wlad's bums were superior to Shavers's bums.

I don't know only one remarkable one punch ko win by Shavers and maybe lot of boxing fans respect him like a one punch
    ko artist. It's bizarre.
