    If the Shavers that kod Norton in 1 had faced Berbick of the Tyson fight ?
    Does The Acorn get him out of there just as fast as MT did ?

    Berbick should win but you can't really rule shavers out

    Tough call. I'll pick Shavers to knock him out pretty early. He's not a guy you want to get sloppy with when getting aggressive, and that's exactly the type of thing Berbick tended to do. Between rounds 1 and 5 I think Shavers would deck him and follow up to end the fight that round.

    Lol cheers John . And its a toughie .
    We know how hard it was to ko Berbick like Tyson did , and I can't see Trev stopping Shavers either .
    So I'm a little stumped myself !

    Berbick was hard to stop but not impossible. Snipes had him down a couple of times and Shavers power and the fact that Berbick came to you mostly has me hesitating. Berbick's possibly the better fighter, maybe. Would he make it thru the rounds when Shavers was fresh?

    That s his best bet IMO , somehow getting through the early stages and then , when Earnies tiring ,go on the attack .
    Yep your right , Trevor could be stopped and dropped , and if he comes straight at Shavers then he's in a dangerous zone !

    I do not like Berbick against the hitters.

    His aggressive style see's him walking into punches from the opening bell. Plays right into Shaver's strength and I think Earnie blasts him out in 1 or 2 just like Mercado and Tyson.

    Most any fight considering Shavers is a tough call. Earnie being poor with his stamina and with not the greatest chin. If Earnie finds his target he wins. If he allows Berbick to dictate the fight he loses. Pick um.

    Shavers would ko bebick in about a minute. I think his stamina was good till he got older as I remember

    Berbick comes to Earnie, and he gets hit. Berbick was strong but not a great puncher, Earnie by ko,2
