Probably whoever breathes hardest on the other at the staredown?

A pick ’em fight & a disaster waiting to happen, if ever I saw one.

In order for Johansson to win this he’d be best off doing what Quarry did to Shavers very early. If this goes five or six rounds Earnie will have a better chance of landing some of his Sunday punches which I really don’t think Ingo can take

Patterson is often undersold as a puncher, but even so, the fact he had Johansson reeling about like a puppet before nearly killing him with a left hook tells you all you need to know.

Shavers was hardly much better, durability-wise. You wouldn’t put a dollar on this fight.

Depends on the version of each fighter, I think. Probably the ref, too.
If Shavers can get that collar tie uppercut in, I don't think that Johansson is getting up for a couple of minutes.

If Ingemae KO Shavers, he would put him in coma but if Shavers KO Ingo, he would kill him.
    So it's 50/50 fight.

Give me Shavers. He almost had Ron Lyle. He knocked out Norton. Ingo knocked out Patterson, but Patterson canceled that out by knocking him out twice. Shavers also managed to almost flatten Holmes. I think Shavers can get to Ingo via highlight reel KO.

Of course we know in reality that Ingo never takes a fight against Shavers opting instead to become pals with Earnie and promote several of the Acorn’s fights.

Seriously, a fun fight to watch and I agree that it’s somewhat of a pick ‘em.

If anything sways me it’s my Nordic roots which engender a heavily biased but ever so slight lean toward Ingo.

Objectively translated, that means a win for Shavers. :D

Shavers KO3. Too fast twitch. Too dynamic. I calls them like I sees them.

I see a Rocky- like, come from behind win for Ingo who pushes his way through the crowd post fight screaming for the love of his life (at least as at that moment)….“Brigit…, Brigit….!”

Not to nit pick but in the realm of fantasy isn’t it more like “I calls em like I imagines them”?
