I’d favour Shavers to clean him out, Carnera too upright you can’t be upright against Shavers, he set up that right very well with jabs and straight punches to the body as we seen against Holmes.
    Who wins this matchup?

Carnera might, truthfully. That’s how little I think of Shavers.

God what Baer's right hand did to Carnera, Shavers would break that jaw put him lights out.

Yeah Shavers connects, Carnera is going down and I don’t see him getting up with his faculties intact.

Baer needed to floor Carnera multiple times in 11 rounds to "knock him out". I've never seen an equal display of stamina from Shavers. Could he go 20 rounds like Baer could? Nah.
Primo gets knocked down numerous times in the first five and rides it out, then uses his jab and clinching to get a points lead and a decision victory in a fifteen rounder.

    Baer was not Shavers.

If it gets into deep water, all bets are off of course, but I don’t think it gets into deep water.

No, he was just better in every way.
Tell me more how Sugar Shavers is going to knock Primo out faster than Louis and Baer managed.

That’s my concern for Shavers. Baer had to move Heaven & Earth to be rid of him.

Primo would dominate the fight with his size until he was hit the first time; actually hit.
The fight would continue until a technical knockout, or a knockout in favor of Shavers.
Absurd, but in this case and in this fight, Carnera would have a punching chance.
    IMHO.
