Based on what? Knockout punchers are the easiest sell in boxing.

 

And BET doesn't do boxing. I didn't see ANY promotion for this fight, and BET is the last place I'd look for boxing. I think Golovkin would do more than 300k, but less than his usual 1 mil+. I'd bank around 500-600k.

 

we only talked about viewers. we didnt spoke about how much money he would get.

for example: when klitschko fights he`s doing outstanding numbers in germany. from 9 to 13 mil viewers. he`s a national star there.
worldwide the golovkin viewers are much much much higher than ward could ever dream of....USA, MEXICO, SOUTH AMERICA, EUROPE, WHOLE FORMER SOVIET UNION

the truth is, ward is basicly a nobody for the boxingfans and absolutly unknown everywere, even in his homecity hes not able to sell out an arena. so what we are talking about?

According to statistics, they get about 18 million regular viewers throughout the day, spread over the whole day it averages to about 550k with spikes in the millions for the most popular shows.
