    ..Deserve credit if he beat martinez even though lets say he weigh in at 190 pounds on fight night?

    So u saying if he weighs in over 20 pounds on fight night that he'll be stripped? Didnt clottey weigh in 30 pounds over on fight night before and he never was fined?

    he weigh in at 180 or 185 pounds on fight night before so i wont count him out if he weighs atleast 190 pounds.

    Oh ok but it isnt this the same wbc that has been protecting chavez jr from martinez many times before? Dont be surprise if wbc breaks the rule again to make sure a future mexican chavez jr gets the win even weigh in at 190 pounds.

    If Jr makes 160 the day before the fight without controversy and wins a clean fight ,he deserves all the credit. What he weights the night of the fight isnt part of the rules.

    180+ but never 190 unless he gets 9 months pregnant within a day.

    To answer the question, yes he will deserve credit. The rules are he has to make 160 at the weigh in. Whatever happens after that is up to the boxer and his team. The weight differences on fight night should not matter.

    chavez is a cheater. fighters should weigh the weight on the day of the fight. No bs. I am tired of seeing fighters gain 10-15 pounds back before the fight. It is just plain wrong.
