    I didn't twist anything...

You haven't got time to reply yet you keep on doing so to multiple people. Okay.

It really isn't. You can lay out a weeks worth of nutrition for however many calories you want to consume each day and repeat that over and over. If that's boring for you you could work out 2-4 weeks nutrition and repeat that.

For those committed to their goals it's not a huge challenge, it may be for the lazy or ignorant.

    This makes no sense whatsoever.

The vast majority of what is consumed these days comes in packaging. For everything else that does not have the macros broken down on the packaging there's the internet.

    Medium steak - 292 calories
    Broccoli 100g - 24 calories
    Brown rice 100g - 111 calories

That took a whole 2 minutes to reseach. I can see what you mean with the whole "hard to count" thing!

Technically if you're counting your macros you're doing the same as counting your calories...

Again, lifestyle. Irrelevant to what is being discussed.

Again, nothing to do with what is being discussed.

Oh ****ing hell, now you've done it. Lets look at some guys that count their calories to the T, you ****ing moron.

I could go on all day but I think I made my point.

I lost 40lb last year so I'm pretty much a guru in this field and you would be wise to heed my advice.

Eat healthy food and drink water. When you get home from work, bong rips. Watch TV and/or shadowbox. Fall asleep at like 9pm. When you wake up, eat breakfast and go to work.

Science: All your eating is done in like a 4hr window (8am-12pm).
    Result: You lose weight.
Notes: Smoke must be strong enough to make you forget you're hungry and put you to sleep.

Another way I've done this while not working is to stay awake for 24hr/sleep 12hr/eat. So basically you eat one day, take a 36hr break, then eat again.

Regardless of how you lose weight you will feel like sh*t.

No time for the kind of effort you put into it, iv got a job to do so typing fast.

2 minutes, im thinking it was more 30 minutes that it took you to reply. you took the time to go find all them links you sad **** :rofl

You are literally on here waiting for my reply :patsch

They are professionals, its their career! I havent got time with traveling and work and family to count my calories to the T, and i dont need to

Who the **** weighs there food? I dont. The Pro bodybuilders are down to what about 7% bf, see you twist the aargument again to suit your agenda, get a life. Again, its these guys jobs, not people looking to get in shape

You have just googled 'people who count their calories', just wow, again get a ****ing life

If it isnt your career, then why would you go through the effort of weighing your food and researching your calories for the next couple weeks LOL its food bro who cares? Havent you got anything better to do? Weighing your food weeks in advance is just sad mate

Why would i do that, when i can just keep on what im doing. I dont plan my meals, i dont count my calories, i dont research my foods, i dont prepare my foods 2 weeks in advance. What i do is eat meat, eat veg, eat fruit, drink water, take a multi vit, and train hard. Im in good shape and happy to do it this way CUS IT WORKS AND IS SIMPLE so i dont think im going to take you up on your rediculously complicated advice, but thanks anyway :thumbsup

    Time to embarrass you again...

What is your job? You seem to be replying pretty quick for someone so busy.

Actually it literally took 2 minutes if that. I'll take you through the extremely simple process.

google.com - medium steak calories - click link - read

**** me, that was tough. Lets do the same for broccoli.

    google.com - broccoli calories - click link - read

Again, very difficult. Now for brown rice.

google.com - brown rice calories - click link - read

Probably less that 2 minutes actually. How could that possibly take 30 minutes? :huh

I was checking other threads but okay...

And? I was proving a point. You stated people that counted calories always yo yo diet and never get anywhere in life. I posted My Olympia winners and runner ups and models. I proved you 100% incorrect. How does it feel?

Read above. Again, I didn't twist anything.

Actually, I already knew who I was going to use as examples and typed their names into google...

I do it. My friends do it. Professional athletes do it. Please explain how taking the time to work out calories is "sad". I'm waiting for your explanation.

    No problem.

Just to add, if you find counting calories "rediculously complicated" you're even more of a ****ing ****** than I first thought.

    It's not so complicated.

It comes down to calories in vs calories out, balancing yr macros, and training according to yr goals. Not rocket science. :bbb

It is when you try to look knowledgeable using buzz words like hormones.

It's really simple actually. Not eating makes you lose weight.

I'm 6'0, was 190 for a week or so and was like f this. Dropped to 150 but I looked a little bit on the sickly side

    P.S.
I also counted calories in the past, pretty strictly in fact. For amateur boxing. Found that when I train I get hungry and if you combine a huge appetite with over 3 hours of working out per day, you gain weight (muscle/fat). So I had to count calories to make sure I was getting enough to fuel the workouts without gaining weight.

It also worked. Would also work for weight loss, would just take longer than intermittent fasting imo. Tough/impossible to work out on the fasting diet though.
