Well I'm back to 170 now, but thanks :yep. Gotta get training.

150 was too low. I was under the impression that if dropped my bf% I would have a sick 6-pack and look like Bruce Lee or whatever. Ended up with more of an Auschwitz survivor look.

Definitely need to hit the weights :bbb

    ****ing hell you sad ****,

Mr Olympia lol not really the average guy wanting to get in shape is it.

Its not complicated, more like hassle. Counting every calorie you have, planning your meals weeks in advance is sad as ****. Dont you have a social life? I bet your boyfriend doesnt like the dedication you put in

And if it works so good for you, would you care to post a link to whatever competetions you have won? C'mon man show us your ripped body? What athletes do you train.

But its like this, you think you know everything, but you havent made a career out of it and im betting you cant post a link to show us otherwise, that just means your a failure :deal

    Explain.

Again, irrelevant. I proved the point I was attempting to make, proving you wrong.

Having a plan in life is sad as ****? Do you plan what you're doing on the weekend? Have a career plan? This is no different.

Because I have a meal plan I have no social life? :patsch

Boyfriend? Is this seriously the most insulting thing you can come up with?

I wish you were my boyfriend.

    Boring.

I don't think I know everything at all. The rest of what you said made no sense...

Virus are you a Zone man or more of a 'simple balanced diet' type like myself?

I was actually talking about the science behind intermittent fasting, which has EVERYTHING to do with hormones, but thanks

Shows how much you know compared to what you think you know. Hormones have a major impact on fat loss (fat, not weight), just google it you will learn a thing or 2 :good

Its the whole point of Intermittent fasting :deal

Congrats on the fat loss. You have rapidly put back on 20 pounds because your calorie defecit was too low, and your bodys hormonal output has not adjusted properly. It also explains why it made you look sickly, too few calories :deal

Maybe instead you should try Intermittent fasting and just eat clean healthy foods untill your full and concentrate your efforts on hitting the gym hard

Clearly do. In the field of fitness and bodybuilding fist thing you need to accept is that most people have different opinions. And look how much its hurting you that i dont agree with your opinion (which i dont think is wrong, just pointless)

I like how you avoided the bit where you show us all how ripped you are and what competetions you have won or what athletes you train. You have nothing to back up you claims, apart from what you have read.

I USED Google to answer your question. Using Google makes you sad? :huh

    Wow. You're unbelievably dense.

It's ok. I look better than you because I do the plans, there's no issue from me.

Or they have the knowledge to create a meal plan so they do...

    Pity.

It's not opinion that counting calories is the optimal way to gain/lose weight. Is that what you're arguing against cause that's all I'm saying?

    Oh the irony.

I gained weight because I stopped caring and started eating a lot. I just slaughtered some marshmellow peeps today. :D I looked sickly because I had no muscle on my body.

Ideally I would join a gym, eat healthy, and count my calories.

Yes i assume right now is your free time as well, sad as ****. Least im getting paid. In 30 minutes im gone, off to the gym, work hard as always then have my dinner (dont know what im having yet, probably a massive meal tho)

You look better than me, you sure lol?? Im not going to say you dont cus this already sounds pretty pathetic, you telling some guy you have never seen that you have a better body than him, sadd.

All the effort you put into planning your meals, based on information you have from google, im not suprised you think you have a better body than me

Still not posted that picture of your ripped up body, no? I thought you put in the same effort as Mr Olympia, show us your body man

Knowlagable guys you lot. So knowlagable that you havent dedicated your careers to it.

It is, thats what im saying. But when somebody is needin 1750 per day in order to lose weight, there is other things he should be doing. His motablism is rock bottom

Eating correct, and exercising hard, which regulates hormones, increases testosterone and HGH while reducing hunger hormones like Grehlin and reducing insulin sensity, all works to increase a persons motabolism.

Increased motablism = more calories burnt at rest = not having to count calories

    ^^ Typical signs of a yo-yo dietier.

Fix it up now befor your in the same posisition in 20 years

What happened to you is this, you lowered your calories too much hoping for a quick fix like Virus reccomends. Your body lost a lot of weight, comprising of muscle and fat and water. You felt **** because your body wasnt consuming the macros it needed, which is a result of hormones telling you are hungry. You was in bad moods cus counting calories sucks, an you know it.

And look what happened, you have yo-yo'd. And i bet your moods and feeling **** is feeling all good now right

What because i just dropped a knowlage bomb on your ass?

Desperate and sad is planning your meals 2 weeks in advance. Your wasting your own time to impress girls that wont wana be with a know it all **** like you anyway

But Its ok, fix up your knowlage. Research some good come backs and reply to me later :deal

What you need to do mate is stop disregarding every ****ing bodies opinions on here cus in reality you dont know half of what you think

I would say the same to myself but iv already aknowlaged that what your saying is true, but then you take the **** when i talk about hormones. Its common for people to insult subjects they know **** all about

Read up on it son. Educate youself :deal

    More desperation.

I can't help but laugh when somebody says "educate yourself" then goes and spells knowledge as "knowlage" multiple times

I was felling **** and in bad moods because I wasn't getting enough calories (drank tons of water though). Didn't count calories.

Still feel like **** and am in bad moods because eating too much is not good either. You could definitely say I'm a yo-yo dieter. Also a yo-yo exerciser. I require routine and structure, so when it gets thrown off I just tend to let myself go. When I hydrate and eat clean I feel fine unless I restrict the calories a lot. That shouldn't feel good, your body is eating itself.

Counting calories doesn't suck at all, especially if you eat the same stuff regularly. Prepping meals in advance is a huge timesaver too.
