The EBU title is more credible than all minor ABC org titles (International, Youth, Continental Americas etc.). I'd say it's North American equivalent would be to unify the majority of the NABA, NABF, NABO, USBA belts.

You have a reasonable argument until we consider the EBU-EU and the EBU-EE-EU titles and then it starts to resemble the other sanctioning bodies.
