Would be a great achievement for Joyce if he wins a European title. It is going to be a tough fight. Joyce is going to need to improve on his punching accuracy. Otherwise Huck could weather the early storm and pull off an upset.
Bakoles head game wasn't right for Hunter, he quit half way, then decided to give it a go again but had took to much damage before the ko, I think if they rematched Bakole might reverse it, he had quit in him in that fight, maybe to soon against someone as good as hunter, maybe same again..Right, im gonna update myself on Huck's last couple, im a fan of neither mate I just think its tailored at this stage for Joyce to do his thing and go through him. Its a few year since he level pegged Povetkin Huck..
If Huck isn't shot then he's a dangerous fight for anyone, especially big slow caveman dudes like Joyce. His straight right is a vicious shot that he wrings every ounce of power out of, and that type of punch can be kryptonite for bigger fighters that can't easily duck under it. Part of me hopes Huck shocks the world and does a Dempsey on Joyce. Always been a Huck fan.
One thing Joyce has got going for him is a very solid chin. It's more or less kept him undefeated till now, because his defence sucks balls.
Huck's one of those guys that looks crude and clueless but still gives all sorts of world class fighters hell. He's a born fighter with a fighter's instinct and a real desire to do damage, the crazy Novak Djokovic/David Naughton looking bahstahd.
The kind of chin that will be chipped away at eventually. He does take a shot well, ive seen him take big shots and its registered then its back on. I don't think hes aesthetically pleasing on the eye, but while hes still fresh as a pro that chin and style is a problem for most
Big respect to the Juggernaut for being willing to step back up to CW Level again if he takes this fight because a lot of HWs are too yellow to even do so once let alone do so numerous times. Granted his previous step up as a pro was against a journeyman. However, in his defence he did blast them out in a round and that was quicker than any other fighter has ever done before both up at CW Level and down at HW Level as well. Top 10 HWs are still yet to step up to CW Level Fat Andy AJ Bum Squad Pulev Joseph Parker These chickens get ZERO respect from yours truly until they can pluck up the courage to stop hiding out down at HW Level and make the step up to CW Level
(I think the joke would benefit from beeing a little more realistic, like maybe the fight beeing for EU-belt (before brexit)?)
He's not just stepping up to CW level, he's stepping up to Marco Huck level. Only one only other HW in recent years had the balls to do that, and he was nearly never the same again.
Yeah, it's going to give one of these days. Maybe Huck has the power to do it but he'll likely have to batter Joyce to get a stoppage. Bit of a hard task at this stage, but not an impossible one.
