It’s a lot of money and a lot of shows to produce. Hopefully some British fighters get big some good American fights from it.

Warren will be fuming at this. I just signed up for DAZN here in Canada for the Haye v Bellew 2 fight so will be interested to see how this works in Canada.

 

It's huge. Yeah they are not new player to the American Market but $1bn is insane.

The good thing is Hearn isn't silly and won't be paying unrealistic purses like PBC did. He knows how to run a business so won't be blowing through the money. This money genuinely allows him to sign top fighters and put on top fights.

 

I can't wait for Warren to be interviewed by IFL.

There is no doubt he will somehow try and turn this into a negative for matchroom and a negative for boxing.

 

Wow. Eddie has hit the bigtime. That's some serious negotiating skills there, wonder how long Frank's stable will remain his when his fighters start to see the influence (and $$$) Hearn is now able to command.

I am guessing you guys in the UK will get the 16 US shows plus the UK shows on SKY?

Thats a good deal, like i said i signed up weekend for DAZN and it was like $150 for the year and they have the rights to Champs League, UEFA, Seria A, LA Liga, NFL and so on so I thought $150 was a fiar deal per year.

With the right signings box Nation could be made completely redundant. If Hearn gets the right names all the top international fighters will be on Sky

 

Could very well be the end of Warren in the next few years tbh or at least resigned to being of very little significance.
