chambers needs to come in in shape, he is really fast and if he can drop a few more pounds maybe he could increase his work rate, thats where he is lacking IMO

I Like Eddie Alot, but this is a very bad fight for him. Most of the people posting about Sascha's weaknesses have not been following how he has developed. It takes time for a man of his size to fully physcially mature, and he is only developing his power and chin now. I just don't see how Eddie, who could almost certianly make crusier if he trained, wins a fight agaisnt a 6'7 fighter who has developed into a brutal powerpuncher, who breaks ribs wene he goes to the body.

And it amazes me how people don't seem to realizet aht what-ever Dimentrenko's shortcomings in the chin department have been, he has, by coming off the canves in two fights and gutting the victories out, shown the very kind of fire that Eddie has shown himself to lack by getting lazy agaisnt Povetkin, Peter, and Brock.

Just a week ago he was already weighing in 205lbs and said in an interview that he will come in at fight night weighing in between 208-212lbs.

Eddie isn't fighting in the heavyweight division thinking he can avoid fighters that are too big. He said in an interview that he will take on any heavyweight no matter how big they are despite the size disadvtanage, and given his skills, I believe him, although I don't give him a good chance to beat Wlad.

I don't think this will help him much against Dimitrenko because he'd be outweighed by about 40lbs. Dimitrenko has decent skills and will have a big size advantage so I see him winning this by decision.

I doubt Chambers will survive 6 rounds.

    Good post,cachibatches!

Dimitrenko has quite a few weak spots, but I very much doubt that Chambers will be able to capitalize on them.
Eddy is too small, lacks truly telling pop in his fists, his stamina isnt the best out there, and his willpower to win a fight by all means isnt that great.
Dimitrenko is no match for either Klitschko brother, but he will probably be too much for Eddy.Besides his size gives the Ukranian a cutting edge.
Eddy will truly have to pull his socks up and get rid of some annoying habits in order to win a close point decision.
By the way I for my part think that the audience wont sit spellbound watching their fight.Styles make fights.I guess I will get bored silly watching their lame exchange of jabs.
In terms of entertainment I dont have very high expectations for this upcomming fight.:-(

Call me when Chambers get's some power.
    (Or moves down to Cruiserweight.)

Until then he is just building up to get beat down by a Clit.

Chambers will win because unlike most boxers today he is very capable of improving and has improved. After his loss to Povetkin, he has won four straight including a win against former champion Samuel Peter, and if you notice in those fights he's using more footwork and lateral movement something he's never done before. When he fought Samuel Peter his workrate did improve believe it or not, still a low workrate, but an improvement none the less. Fans have criticized Chambers for weighing more than he should, just last week he's already weighing in 210lbs. Quite simply Chambers has the talent and skill set to execute his gameplan and beat anyone in the heavyweight division no matter how big they are. And I expect to see more improvements when he fights Dimitrenko and I expect a win.

I like Chambers and think he has some real skills and good handspeed. I'd put him as one of the top 5-6 heavyweights in the world. I just think with Dimitrenko's size and home field advantage that Chambers has his hands full here. I hope I'm wrong but I see Dimitrenko taking a close decision.

    Dimitrenko is very underrated.

Talk is cheap. It does not win fights.

never seen dimitreko but he has some decent wins (and stoppages). gotta think he's too big and strong for chambers. as others have said, chambers did well vs povetkin because povetkin gave him a lot of counter opportunities and was right in chambers range. chambers ain't fast a foot and dimentrenko ought to be able to impose his size enough to wear down chambers who gets docile at times (see povetkin and peter fight).
