But Chambers has to fight against Wlad and look what Wlad did to Byrd in the second fight. Wlad had learned many things with Emanuel Steward in the corner.

Eddie Chambers made a very good fight against Dimitrenko but Wlad is not Dimitrenko and Wlad is with Emanuel Steward.

I didn't see anything in there with regard to an aluminum bat, so I'm not so sure I have confidence in his plan...

Chambers can hit hard enough and has speed to make the fight a fight. I see a problem with Vlads jab for starters but speed and combo's and movement can be a problem for Vlad....IF Eddie is in top form he may cause some havok but its an uphill battle

    Fitting quote.

On the plus side, at least Chambers realizes that eating jabs like tic-tacs won't get the job done- I think he'll fight with enough purpose to at least try and execute a feasible gameplan. I hope so, for his sake. Otherwise it'll be Chris Byrd all over again.

I don't think you can outbox and outmove Wladimir, to win against him you need to bumrush him and knock him out atleast that is your best chance at winning in my opinion...

I agree. I just think it's good to see that Eddie doesn't tryto build his confidence with Wlad's losses from years ago.

Thats the same plan David Haye has. He wants to take the fight to him and throw bombs. He didnt show it against Valuev because Valuev is much faster and punches much harder than Klitschko.

Valuev speed is very deceptive, I heard he ran a 4.32 at the combine, can you believe that ****?:!:? What was Al Davis thinking:think

I'm not sold yet. The man generally comes in fat and is afraid to throw punches. In the Peter and Povetkin fight he was fat and reluctant to throw. He was in shape and aggressive once and that was his last fight. Can he do it again. I doubt it. If he does he might have a chance. He needs both shape and aggression to win. I like him but nobody has ever out boxed Wlad and he has faced some fast guys. You need to have a punch to beat Wlad. I'm no saying a punch is all you need because talentless guys wit hthe punchers chance got embarrassed and KO'd. Either brother is no easy task. Ibragimov and Chugaev could move and hit and could not beat him. Thompson was tall and fastt and could not beat him. Byrd was a way better boxxer then Wlad and lost twice. Wlad only gets better and better fight after fight and only improves as the fight goes on. Chambers like Brock may win a few early rounds but once he starts pumping the right hand its all over.

True thats the Sanders plan. Or you could go by Brewster and Purrity and get the **** kicked out of you. Make him tire and he will collapse under his own power. I feel like everybody since sanders said they are going to go in and KO him because he has no chin. Has not happened yet. For two reasons, one nobody has actually given him the pressure necessary (did Byrd Brock Austin Chag, Iggy, Thomp, or Hasim really actually go in like Sanders), or maybe it is because he learned his lesson and became a more dynamic puncher. I think you need to have a chin (he KO's you its over), decent boxing skill (if you cannot hit him you cant win), power(must get his attention), and agression(the guy tired in 2 of his 3 losses) none of these by themselves can equate to victory. You need at least 3.

Sanders fought the PERFECT fight against Wladimir, if you watch that fight, Wladimir barley landed a punch. Sanders mixed both boxing and aggression, watch that fight again.

Oh no I was giving Sanders his credit. I'm just saying nobody has repeated this, testament to Wlad. Sanders was fast, powerful, and boxed well, nobody has done this since.

Most of what Chambers said is good, but I get the feeling he is thinking he figured Wlad out by fighting Dimitrenko, he is thinking it will be somewhat of a repetition. Big mistake.

Wlad is much, much faster, the guy is impressively fast for his size. most 6'1, 6'2 HWs are not as fast as Wlad, and that changes everything.

That's hilarious:rofl:good I can't believe he thinks Vitali quit b/c he was frustrated. More like he quit b/c he blew his shoulder. Even though EC beat Dimitrenko, Dimitrenko is def not like any Klitschko. Once EC gets hit flush from the first shot from Wlad he'll realize that he's ****ed.
