Problem is that Dimitrenko can withstand a bigger punch than
Chambers can ever deliver. Plus Dimitrenko will fight on the inside. Which worries me cuase he will pull Chambers head down and hit while he has it there. For an Eastern European he is a bit "Hopkins" type fighter.

I am thinking this is going to be a Wlad Klitchko
Vs Calvin Brock. (what happened to him anyway?)

Calvin Brock had a career ending eye injury against Eddie Chambers in a SD loss. Actually he suffered a detached retina and the doctor botched his surgery.

Chambers fights out of my gym so I have to root for him. He's pretty damn fast for a big guy, but as others said, he's really not that physically huge a guy. But he handles big guys pretty well.

2005 Peter vs. Wlad.. was twice the fighter we saw against Chambers and Vitali.
    Too fat, undertrained.

Who are you? Who the F are you?

Everybody thought Sam was the real deal until he lost to Klitschko. I happen to still believe that he has great amount of talent, despite so many fair weather fans turning on him. Sam just needs to get back in shape and get the fire back.

Anyone that thought beating Jeremy Williams, Yanqui Diaz, Gilbert Martinez, and Taurus Sykes made him the real deal does not know **** about Boxing.

Klitschko was Peter's first legit test and he flunked. He lost every single round except the rounds he scored a knockdown.

Peter had a mentally fragile and low confidence Wlad in there and he could not get him out of there. Klitschko was at his low point for that fight he had ZERO confidence in himself at the time.

Peter has no skills his power is way overrated and he is a fat lazy slob. the guy is going nowhere.

Chambers is a good fighter who is his own worst enemy. His 2 biggest wins (Brock and Peter) could have been even wider but instead he took rounds off and walked away with a SD and MD respectively. Go with the trend. American heavyweights never beat Eastern European heavyweights. Dimitrenko wins this and the dominance continues.

Full credit to Chambers for taking this fight. It takes a very competitive fighter to go on the road against a guy that is no pushover. Eddie can win this but it will not be easy. That Russian kid is pretty strong and well schooled. Good match up.

Dimitrenko throws lots of punches, has good chin, stamina, I have some of his tapes, singed picture, etc., I remember his sparring at Universum years ago.

The stakes of this fight have got much higher. This fight is a WBO eliminator to determine the Mandatory challenger. So, the winner of this fight should get the winner Haye vs Klitschko, cough (Haye) within one years time.
