Chambers has a solid chin and never really gets hit flush due to sharp defense. I think Chambers is a stylistic nightmare for the guy they call the nightmare. P.S.> If Chambers could shed a few lbs of baby fat I think he could make some noise at cruiser.
Truthfully, I have to pick Eddie Chambers in this one. I saw Chris Areola fight not long ago, and frankly I wasn't very impressed with him. Sure, he has awesome power and that, but his skills are very unpolished. Chambers is not exactly a great fighter either, but he was good strong fundamentals and can box for a respectable 12 rounds if need be. I think Chambers takes him to school personally.
I pick Chambers by stoppage.... I been saying ths for a little bit now... And will be saying this until and more than likely after the fight happens assuming it did... Arreola's lack of defense will be his downfall in that fight...
Chambers by decision by outboxing Arreola, The only chance is if Arreola catch the smaller and fat Chamber in the chin.
Chambers by comfortable UD. Probably a fairly dull fight. If Eddie stayed away for the first few rounds he would almost certainly not lose. After all, Chambers has the far superior resume to back this up. Losing to Povetkin via decision isn't the end of the world. Since Povetkin couldn't stop him, Arreola couldn't!
Another stipulation to make the fight more exciting: The winner can't eat fast food for a whole year and has to enroll in a 90 Day Jenny Craig program! (let's be honest, neither of these guys is exactly going to turn heads in their boxing trunks!) In all seriousness, both guys could end up being cruiserweights after a serious diet change! :hey
