:good Haye-Chambers would be interesting, especially if Chambers starts wrestling like he did against Wlad
This has got to be the silliest goddamn post I've seen on here for days. Put the crackpipe down, son. Haye is no slouch. He would easily beat those guys mentioned. He lost to in a UD to Wlad in a fight where he talked mega-**** beforehand, and you idiots think he's just some ****ing bum. I swear.
Look, I don't know what fight you guys were watching, but I have less respect for Haye now than I had after he lost to Valuev and was gifted the decision. Boxing skills: Zero. This is technical boxing ability. Haye is great at dodging around, waiting to throw off balance, sloppy haymakers. That's it. The whole game plan. Any boxing coach worth a damn will tell you that the first thing you have to learn in boxing is balance. If you are off balance, you are out of position. If you are out of position, bad things can happen. That is exactly why Haye was flopping all over, charging in and running past Wlad. He looked like a rank amateur with no fundamentals because he's too busy trying to be a **** version of RJJ. The guy is completely one dimensional and could never win a decision against a quality BOXER...not a BRAWLER...but a BOXER, like Chambers, Adamek or Povetkin. His only chance is a fluke KO.
Well considering they are the top fighters in the sport then maybe the entire sport is pointless? Go choke on a ****.
Chambers, Adamek and Povetkin are all better BOXERS than Valuev. I watched Valuev outbox and desperately try to make a fight with a limited and cowardly Haye, only to be rewarded with a shameless robbery. Of course we saw Wlad completely outbox Haye, which is what we all knew would happen since that fight was even mentioned. Haye just isn't a boxer. He's a slugging/brawler, and that's great and exciting and whatever, but he's not going to "outbox" anyone. His only hope is to win by KO. Haye is similar to Tua in that way. The guy is never going to put on a boxing clinic against a world class opponent.
Eddie got sparked out when one of the hardest punchers in history caught him flush on the chin with a perfect power lefthook... perhaps to some idiots, that makes him "chinny". :nut
I said chinny because we've seen that Eddie can be KO'ed by a single shot. Of course it was from probably the hardest punching HW in recent history... I'm not dogging the guy, just saying that I think Haye has enough pop to KO Eddie with one perfect shot, if he can land it. However, I also said that I think Eddie has enough skill to keep a limited fighter like Haye on the outside and win by UD.
Haye can handle anyone at heavyweight except the Klitschkos and possibly Adamek(I'd slightly favor Adamek against Haye). Let's not take Haye's pathetic effort against Wlad as any great barometer for how he would perform against lesser heavyweights.
How about his **** performance against Valuev? Or his complete lack of decent opponents at HW? Just accept that Haye has been exposed as a ****ing one dimensional, loud mouth fraud. WAKE UP BRITS! I know, it sucks to have to deal with that disappointment, but its better than preaching about the world being flat...which is the equivalent of what you are doing by talking about Haye as any type of serious HW contender. Seriously, just go cry it out and get behind Chisora. He's probably going to beat the brakes off Fury.
Eddie is a great fighter, but this is a stylistic mismatch in favor of Haye. David will come crashing in with his hayemakers, and Chambers will not be able to dodge all of them.
