Somewhere in the M1 stronghold, Vadim did say that he also wasnts an event in Monaco. This would be epic lucrative. Plenty of cashed up millionaires and billionaires living there.

I agree Bush Jr was a war monger but he was also not very clever and was easily persuaded to make bad choices.
