Eddie Heard has an arrogance about him as though he thinks he is above everything

I know it fools a lot of people and they probably like him because of it, but me personally I don't fall for it...
I much more favor the flamboyant carnival barker type like Don King. Say what you will about King, but you knew what you were getting with him...
This Hearns cat comes off as somebody who thinks he's Gods gift to boxing and here to save the day...he reminds me a lot of Dana White.

Being a boxing fan and hating Hearn is a whole lot less weird than liking him is.

I actually agree with the OP. Eddie acted like him and Joshua were so far above everyone else that it was disrespectful for anyone to even negotiate with them. They should be honored that Joshua would even consider fighting them. Eddie acts like Fury is still a 400lb coke head and Wilder is still fighting in Birmingham Alabama.

News flash Eddie. Wilder is fighting in MSG and Fury is a 260lb coke head. Deal with it.

I was sad to see Joshua lose.

I was incredibly overjoyed and delighted to see Eddie Hearn take a big knock.

Ps. Don King is a POS who would steal a dollar from his own mother.

Before AJ’s loss to Ruiz Eddie fell into this hype thinking there was no way Joshua could lose. He kept acting as if Wilder and Fury were both scared of AJ but now after the defeat he’s lost a bit of his bounce. His demeanour is completely different now lol. This loss could actually turn out to be a blessing for fight fans as now they’ll probably lower their demands when negotiating for a Wilder of Fury fight. That’s if AJ comes through a tough rematch of course.

This. He has talent as a promoter and nobody can take that away from him, but his arrogance has resulted in him making a lot of mistakes. He could’ve had a much bigger impact with his boxing stable and DAZN if he didn’t let his ego get in the way.

Hearn came to America thinking he knew everything, but found out the hard way. He definitely reminds me of Dana White, who also is a talented promoter, but also nearly bankrupted the UFC several times because he let his ego get in the way of good business.
