Canelo only 1.2 followers, surprised about that. AJ has officially passed him in popularity, this is just Twitter.

Hearn should walk around the streets of Alabama and ask the same question.

He'll generally get the response "you're not from round here are you boy" before bring chased out of town for having an accent.

That's the thing with Mayweather I guess. Even your average Joe Schmo has heard of him whether or not they like him, boxing or sport in general.

I doubt they'll be able to hear him over all the banjo music.

This is unfair, you wont find people who know wilder on the streets of new York.

But if hearn went down the back alleys and spoke to the winos they would all know deontay, either from having fought him or been offered to fight him at one stage or another.

They will also know finkel and di Bella, in fact they get quiet fearful of these two in the weeks leading up to wilder fights, they are spotted on the alleys with big nets like the child catcher out of chitty chitty bang bang trying to snatch a wino to be wilders next opponent

You cant mate,as long as Al Haymon is alive and Well you can not get any of the top American Fighters. We Brits dont understand but you don't understand how Different America is.Eddie made a joke about Richard Schaffer's accent and did you see how mad they went, before pulling the race card,he said something about African-Americans,Jokes/Banter don't exist over there. Most of them are like that, and i wouldn't be suprised if all of those rats team up,Haymon,Schaffer,Di Bella team up to Prevent Hearn from Progressing. We dont know how crazy it is across the pond. We should be grateful we were born in Great Britain.

    David Haye has 1.27m.

AJ is the biggest name in boxing right now, and will finish his career third behind Ali & Tyson as the most famous boxer of all time.

Did Eddie Hearn take a cameraman and ask two people in New York who Errol Spence was before he made Spence-Brook?

    Just wondering?

When they said "No" because nobody knows who Spence is either, would that mean Spence had no chance to beat Brook?

That's the thing, it's not the hard core fans who earn you the money, it's the casuals and his friends.

Heavy weight champions used to be world famous, and not only as athletes. Wilder is barely world famous in Alabama.
