Surely everybody has given up on Mitchell holding a world title now? He could of had Burn's career if he'd had a better work ethic but surely his chance has passed him by.

 

He'll get the Vazquez fight (in England) and then it is up to him.. it will be his last chance.

 

Living in the East End he had the whole area believing he was a champion in waiting. Then he let everyone down with his party boy antics. He had talent but chose to throw it away. Incredibly frustrating. I can't see it happening now.

I'd hope not. Each hometown decision serves no purpose other than to undermine the sport. If Mitchell does beat him it'd say a lot more about Vazquez than it did Mitchell. Much like when burns beat martinez.

 

thats a shame he pissed it away - could've had some big big nights and made good money if he'd just forgot about the drinking etc until his career was over. In saying that The Puppet beats him regardless of where the fight is
