If he has no problem making WW, he's a WW.

Easy as that. Now, you can make all the excuses that you want to.

Almost every fighter in the world is crammed into the division below the one he is most comfortable in.

Rubio? isn't he the guy who made a great career at super welter and made his "take the money and run" fight vs gg at the very end of his career when he was totally done?

Murray? who is he? the tennis player?:huh

Bare in mind that Golovkin himself isn't exactly a small MW.

Hes been 160 his whole career.
He gets in the ring around 170

Murray is the biggest guy GGG has fought and he was barely bigger than him.

Rosado was perhaps the tallest, and Rubio was a little heavy looking I suppose but he looked fat not muscular at all

Presumably he means 'cuts more than most'.

Yeah, I agree with that. I think that he is just a little on the high end at welter and on the low end at 154. He can go either way. Making weight at 147 or 154 won't be a problem, and it don't take anything from him.

Brook isn't that big. Compare him to other middleweights ggg has fought.

Golovkin isn't a small MW. But he's not a big MW either. 170 isn't a big fight night weight at all for a MW. I think that may even be on the small side.

This. Brook makes welterweight. He fights well at welterweight therefore he is a welterweight.

Strikingly similar to: "Khan is actually a light heavyweight so the 155 weight is good for us."

Weight class depends usually on age. Brook won't be in WW forever and the moment he can't make weight, he is a LMW. Did it happen already? We will know after GGG fight. If Brook goes back to 147, then he is a WW. If he goes to 154, he is a LMW. I am leaning towards the later.

Brook must be absolutely killing himself to make 147 at 30 then.

Khan before Canelo: 155 my natural weight.

Khan after Canelo: didn't feel comfortable at the weight. Brook will do exactly the same

Could someone please list the last few fights Brook had at Junior Middleweight and who those fights were against.

    Thank you.
