The problem for AJ is he lets Hearn do too much talking and Hearn is not well liked. Him not being well liked is carrying over to AJ and Aj’s reluctance to step up the competition and his and Hearns obvious greed is making for a bad combination in the public eye.

    Who cares?

What matters here is the way he says ‘Lennox’.

Reluctance to step up the competition... Lol.

He's beat Wlad, Povetkin, Parker and Whyte... All of which would beat Wilder and Ortiz.

Hearn is always going on about AJ saying this and AJ saying that, then when AJ has a sit down with Kugan, Kugan will ask him something about what he apparently said & AJ won't have a clue.

One small example is Hearn telling everyone in the aftermath of Wilder/Fury that AJ thought Fury won. Then when AJ is told this, he looks confused and says both men could have won.

"Did he say that, did he?" Is AJ's most used phrase whenever Kugan interviews him Lololol

I like how Ortiz went from boogeyman top 5 active heavyweight to bum since Wilder.

Active? He had one fight betweem December 2016 and March 2018 and that was against Daniel Martz prior to the Wilder fight.

Ortiz isn't a bum but he has only one notable win which against Jennings which was over 3 years ago. The likes of Povetkin, Whyte and Parker are just more proven with better resumes.

He has sent 6 emails no answer , Deontay isn't interested this is what is happening.

As great a business man Eddie is ( and he really is) you cannot send the top men in the division 70 / 30 purses and expect them to return your calls , no matter what the 30% is worth.

They want 50 / 50 and the reality is without two good fighters you get zero %.

    Peace.

i don't think Parker or Whyte would beat those two, but the reluctance to step up comment was a bit odd.

Of course they want 50/50 who wouldn't? They won't get it obviously, you can't always get what you want as the song goes. If they really tried however it looks like Eddie Hearn is telling them they can get what they need. A decent percentage split with a rematch clause. That would make them more than they can earn elsewhere and if they win twice it would make them the new number one in the division with earning potential in the stratosphere. That's something that only Joshua can offer and that's what you take into account when you balance 35% of a massive sum against 50% of a smaller one.

Going the at 22 fights route, you can use that on almost every Heavyweight great in history.
Holmes, Foreman, Tyson, Wladimir, Frazier, Rocky, Patterson and maybe even the goat Louis, all had a lesser resume 22 fights in.
Number of fights only says so much though, as some of them already passed that mark at only 2 years as a pro instead of 5.

There is a bit of jealousy from Lewis as AJ is a commercial powerhouse and he had to do it the hard way.

But like JMM commenting on Canelo.

But Lewis fought anyone and everyone can't take that away from him. Great fighter
