This is boxing. A sport run by the mob.

I highly doubt he'd get taken out since he is small fish. But one can dream.

Dude take a step back, you've just wished someone was assassinated over some beef in boxing. I assume you're just being over dramatic or hopefully trolling wishing people dead over something so trivial is bonkers.

But don't all educated people do that, not just people in Britain?

In fairness this is the approach he should have taken from the start; blunt and to the point.

He himself should state that until Wilder and his team come to the table they won’t waste anymore time with him, and leave it there.

That approach would of left him open to criticism people would of said he should be chasing the fight not sitting back and letting Wilder come to him and taken that as a sign that they didn't want the fight. It's about optics and Hearn is trying to make it seem that he's the one doing all the work to make the fight which to be fair seems to be the case.

Only the haters think he hasn't tried to make the fight, though he's definitely tried to delay the fight in the past to build the fight. In a way he's gotten his way but I think it's now reached the point the fight needs to be made or it won't get made at all or at least won't get made while it matters and both are still undefeated. Wilder fighting Fury rattled Hearn he knows Wilder could lose before Joshua ever gets to him.

You're a sad little armchair general, sitting in your room hoping other people die. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Sometimes I wonder about him, is it all just trolling, an act a role he plays on line for fun or is he really this unstable a personality. Sometimes he seems pretty normal, funny even but then other times he seems to go off the deep end over the most trivial things.

I miss the days when guys like Dino or Farmboxer were the most delusional posters on here.

Is SR7 related to Blizzy? Both sound like a pair of Hillbillys so I guess it's quite possible...:rocket:

And before you reply SR7, as a kid, I was bullied verbally on an almost daily basis due to specs and an hearing aid as kid in the late 70s early 80s and at work, I suffered too, from one word, to the extent that it screwed my head up like you couldn't believe, made worse that I kept it all in. Today though, I am fine 98% of the time although I have the occasional "dark moment". Last one was about Nov last year.

Jodie Marsh, who here in the UK was / is a tabloid sensationalist, is equally as guilty in her back then tabloid stalking of Jordan (Katie Price). Where I will agree, however, is that the girl (Marsh) clearly has issues regarding her esteem to the extent that she covered herself (a lot) in tattoos for a TV Show then went into female bodybuilding, for a TV Show. All about body alterations.

I am sure if Eddie was young Edward again, he'd, with hindsight, would do things differently. I would also like to think that my childhood detractors would do so, too.

Yeah, perhaps I should have been more precise with my comment. I meant after initially trying, Hearn should have stated that they won’t come to the table, so until they do there’s nothing to say, and left it there. Quick, polite answers, giving the media simple facts without entertainment on the subject.

I get what your saying now. While in a way I believe you are right, he should probably step back and now just let Wilder do the chasing and keep the talk of Wilder to a minimum unless Wilder's team actually look like they want to make a deal that isn't unrealistic, the optics of it would still look bad eventually. It would be a sensible and rational response but the world isn't always sensible or rational.

Wilder would be the one screaming for the fight in the media, while never making an offer or trying to come to the negotiation table. While Hearn would be dismissive and keep talk of Wilder to a minimum. Eventually that would look bad for Hearn and Joshua, people have short attention spans in this era of 24hr news cycle, information is quickly absorbed and quickly forgotten. You have to be proactive and control the narrative not sit back and have the narrative decided for you which is what would happen with a more passive approach. Eventually it would look like Joshua and Hearn would be ducking and that would damage Joshua's profile and branding.

When you have posters wishing death on a a boxing promoter it really shows just how absurd some of the posters on here are.

This hatred for someone they dont know and someone who is pretty much like any other promoter in the sport is beyond a joke.

How can one get so upset and so angry over a boxing promoter? That's right a boxing promoter. The sport which has had all kinds of shady going on's for decades suddenly gets a conscious when Eddie Hearn appears. One would think Hearn is the devil re-incarnated and every other promoter is the equivalent of Mother Theresa the way some people go on.

I'm not even sure why someone with so much hate for Eddie Hearn starts a thread about Eddie Hearn and continues to post in threads about matchroom/Hearn.

Just ignore them but then again it seems like Eddie Hearn/Matchroom or Dazn topics drive discussion on here so they must want to be involved.

Oh and the criticism of name calling while multiple posts have name calling directed at Hearn or other posters on here is somewhat laughable.
