Talk about being gullible. Do you believe that Hatton really dropped all that weight with liquid meals and morning runs? Wake up.

Gullable. I used to think that Hulk Hogan had huge arms because he trained and said bis prayers. They are all at it.

No. His actions are those of the guilty type. Look at his physique!!! He went from a pencil neck to a tank.

But don't think all boxers at the top table are not on it.

Rugby league especially is just dirty as ****, even at amateur level. Lad who used to play for our local team was about 18 stone and was fast as ****. Getting a big tackle from him was like a car crash.

    I’m talking about mentality.
If he likes to party hard ,as competitive as that man was he sure as hell made sure he did everything hard getting ready to fight.
Not knocking him offcourse,he’s quite a compelling story.

The way I see it with Calzaghe is this, if he really felt he needed to get ahead of the others I think he would have considered a lot of other things too

    Wrapping his hands properly
Not training in a shed and running around Newbridge
Seeking some training from respected elite trainers rather than just his dad

Those are three things that most guys would change straight away to get ahead. We didn't see any sudden explosive power or extra workrate in Joe's career, we just saw him make alterations because his hands were badly damaged. His physique was hardly that of someone who would take PEDS, the guy could barely spar. Look at Calzaghe and Lacy, you've got a slim, some would say skinny, white guy against an almost stereotypical big buck pumped up black guy, he just outworked him and outboxed him, all because of his higher skillset and engine. You can get an engine like that from cardio, which he was huge on. Had Joe carried on into his late 30's and early 40's boxing the same I'd raise some questions but he retired when he knew has body had to.

Guys like Eubank and Calzaghe were just dedicated.

Physique doesn't come into it. Look at super heavy weightlifters. Fat as fook but take them daily. You slow down on every front as you get older yet Joe never hmm. Funny how anyone who went down to train with him never got fitter from it!!!

Sorry but you can't use that as a comparison, I'll respect any debate but come on, Super heavy weightlifting is a whole different kettle of fish, they eat, train and everything else to be massive, they're not having to do gruelling weight cut camps and they haven't got to worry about cardio. Calzaghe retired when he was 36, he was definitely slowing down. He had that one last big performance in him against Kessler and after that he did just enough against Hopkins and there's no point in dissecting the Jones Jr fight.

Anyone who's ever been any good = Taking PEDS

This is a rather stupid view that's growing and doing a number of fighters a disservice.

Again. Multi millionaires who are ultra competitive and want everything. The lot. Think they won't take something that takes them a step closer to that?

I took PEDs and the most I won was a trophy for being 3rd at Grimsbys Strongest Man.

    What a dickhead.
