Arse licking fans you’re kidding calling me that. Do promoters even have fans? Like I’m a Don King supporter but they’re Bob Arum ones so let’s tool up. You’re ridiculous and don’t give a **** about Eddie Hearns moans. I did quite want to see the fight though and he’s right that Fury seems a bit chipper about having his biggest moment ever not happening. Hasn’t even said ok gutted but have to fight Wilder blah blah.

Maybe Fury is a warrior who will want to demolish Wilder again after being offered to do so legally to prove it wasn't a fluke and also to shake the ring rust off

I’m a big Fury fan as well but have to agree in this instance he seems to be happy it’s been called off (hopefully just delayed). I don’t think he’s scared of AJ but has been hinting for a while with his ‘inactivity’ chat that perhaps or suits him to have it another time. Seems to have personal issues to boot if you believe the tabloids. Just hope he doesn’t underestimate Wilder as it’s not far off to get ready and despite the talent differences Wilder can spark anyone

Like Arum/Fury were going to pay Wilder out of their own pockets lol.

And why the heck would Wilder just so ‘you two go ahead and fight, Fury said he’d fight me in the future’ when that future fight would be less lucrative if Fury lost to AJ? Or that it may never happen at all — Wilder HAD a contract to fight Fury again and you see he had to go to a judge to enforce it ... why would he put himself through that again?

What effort did EDDIE make to try to keep his fight together? He’s got the Saudi blood money — he could easily have taken an offer to Wilder to take 10 or 20 million to step aside AND a high-paying fight against an opponent of Deontay’s choice on the undercard ... or on another card altogether.

Fury and Arum are making coin either way. And if they believe their man will win, they get this payday PLUS a huge amount to fight AJ (or Usyk, should he win) later this year. Eddie’s the one who should have been trying to keep his major promotion together. He can’t expect Arum, a rival promoter, and Fury, who has no ties to Eddie, to do his work for him.

Hearn is the reason an arbitrator was called in. (LOL)

Well if you believe Eddie, which some don’t as they hate him, they never even explored or tried anything. Of course if he’s professional he’d say were not paying Wilder he’s you’re problem. But if push came to shove he could cave a little as it’s a 60m each fight. The future fight thing would obviously have to for the winner, not just Joshua. Much of this might not have been possible but his point was they made no effort and just went straight to Wilder agreeing terms in 3 days rTher than try and save it

Eddie hinted the Saudi blood money arm could have been twisted but never even tried as they went ok and signed Wilder one immediately. I’m not an arse licker but it does stink. No way they could agree that fight in 3 days. Obviously prearranged

This whole thing shows how vulnerable Hearn felt that he might lose Joshua.

Wilder-Fury had a deal. Joshua had two mandatories. Joshua wanted a big fight. Two mandatories weren't big fights. Joshua's deal with Matchroom is coming to an end.

Eddie wasn't sure he could resign Joshua unless he tried something big. So Eddie went back to the Saudis to try to get them to deliver some monster payday. And he tried to use an offer from the Saudis to break up the Fury-Wilder 3 deal.

The happiest you'll see Hearn in recent weeks is when he spoke a week or so ago about Joshua phoning him and telling him Eddie I know you're trying to do everything you can. And Eddie was just so happy Joshua phoned him.

Nobody was shocked this failed. But Hearn went for it because he had to do something to convince Joshua not to leave.

It was always going to be a longshot if he could pull it off. But he had to try.

Of course it was prearranged. They worked all last year arranging Fury-Wilder 3. The fact that it was signed in three days shows how everything was set to go last year - they were just waiting for Covid to ease so they could have a crowd - and Hearn jumped in and tried to break up the deal.

Arum wasn't working behind Hearn's back. You can go back to articles from last winter of all the network execs at ESPN and Fox who had broadcast rights asking Fury and Wilder's sides to push the fight back to 2021 because of COVID and all the televised sporting events that were grouping together at the start of this year, so they all agreed to do that.

They didn't start Wilder-Fury 3 negotiations LAST WEEK. The fight was ready to go last year, until Hearn jumped in and tried to stop it with a different deal.

Does anyone read? OR do you just listen to Eddie Hearn videos? (LOL)

Anyone with a brain would have expected some to and fro after the ruling if they wanted to save that fight. The new Wilder one got done so quick they must have wanted it. Perhaps there is logic to making an ‘easy’ 20m against the dosser and then AJ but I don’t think it’s easy and I don’t think Fury is always that clever. He’s sharp when he’s on it but don’t think he is now. He’s actually agreed to a shorter timeframe. Just hope he prepares for it

It got done quickly because it was "done" last year ... Eddie Hearn jumped in with a new deal and tried to break up that existing deal ... Wilder went to the arbitrator to block it ... and the arbitrator told Fury's side they have to go through with the deal signed ... and it was already good to go.

They didn't start from scratch last week to put a deal together.

Some terms would have been prearranged because of the rematch clause but when it comes to big fights promoters can spend a month negotiating on loads of other secondary issues like ring size, gloves, Wilde’s costume (joke). 3 days is still rapid even if the bones were there before

It wasn't BONES. The fight was ready ... and it got pushed back because of Covid and at the request of the networks with the broadcast rights.

Eddie's deal is the one that never came fully together and was taking months and months to splice together.

The Wilder-Fury 3 deal was done ... clearly.
