Fact is Usyk wants that smoke, asked for that smoke, and ran towards the smoke, whereas, Fury claimed to want that smoke, accused Usyk of being a coward and running in the opposite direction of that smoke but when push came to shove he ran in the opposite direction of that smoke.

    ''I want Usyk next''

Usyk fought AJ in his backyard on a deck which couldn't have been any more stacked against him after only having fought once in almost two years and only twice in almost three years and the Witherspoon fight wasn't even decent sparring. Bit like how Seferi and a shot Pianeta weren't even decent sparring for Fury after coming back from the abyss in preparation for Bum Dosser.

Fury has fought five times within the same time period and three of those fights were against the mighty Bum Dosser.

If Fury says he wants Usyk next, is going to accuse Usyk of being a coward and running scared of him, and then when push comes to shove run in the opposite direction when the deal is on the table and Usyk has agreed to all his demands, then best believe the congregants of the Holy Church of Usyk are going to call him out on it.

The money for the step aside comes out of the wallets of the filthy rich Saudis

Usyk would fight Fury in his caravan park

We can wait for more information to come to light but as of now

    Smoke here

For what it's worth my stance is Fury is unfortunately ducking. By the standards of this board.

My position is always mandatories should get their title shots if they want them. But we have a situation here where both Whyte and Joshua are willing to take step aside to let undisputed happen.

    1) this forum always complains about mandatories getting in the way of undisputed
    2) this forum believe Whyte should have taken 20% to make the fight and earn big money later. It would still be Whyte's biggest pay day etc. etc.

Well Usyk seems happy to pay Joshua the 5m difference to make the undisputed fight.
From what you are saying Fury is not willing to pay Whyte 5m.

Think some of Fury's more rabid fans need to have some general standards and start holding Fury also accountable to them.

If Fury really cared about legacy he would pay the 5m step aside and fight Usyk for undisputed.

If he cares about money, it would likely still be the biggest pay day in his career. And still sets-up big pay days against Joshua and Whyte should Fury win.

Sorry, but by the boards standards this is a blatant duck by Fury.

I'll still be happy with Whyte v Fury and Usyk v Joshua 2, but a duck is a duck. And if what you are reporting is true, this is a duck.

Oh, how good is this. The gypsy king, who called out all other heavyweights for being cowards, is indeed the biggest coward of them all.
What's even more enjoyable is the spin that the Fury lovers are now putting on it, now that Fury has pulled out of another

How many fights has Fury shy'd away from now?

    - Haye
    - Joshua (could have made the arbitration case go away with Wilder)
    - Now Usyk

This is a blatant duck. Now we know where Joseph Parker got the Hrgovic ducking technique from.
    Quack, quack, quack.

AJ twice. Fury turned down the same split offer that Wilder offered them. Warren called the offer derisory and went on to sign the same split percent in a much smaller fight.

    Also ducked Whyte previously.

Citied Covid (despite being out about in vegas very soon after) to get the the Wilzer fight delayed after he got bashed up by Anderson in sparring.

Plus the single greatest duck in boxing history:

    Klitschko rematch

Fury admitted to faking a broken ankle for the first postponement. Make up artist and everything.

You're talking rubbish. Fury went over on his ankle and it's all well documented with pictures. You only have to Google it.

    Apoligize now.

That postponement then triggered ukad to take out legal action on Fury. If Fury didn't force postpone he wouldn't have had the legal proceedings! How funny...or maybe they were waiting till he defended so they could blackmail him. Dirty dirty people.

It's more than just the money though. It would have been a multi fight deal, paid for by Eddie Hearns mates and presumably with matchroom and Hearn calling all the shots.

At least this way Usyk and Fury can sort out their mandatories and then arrange a fight on their own terms without all the strings. And then if the fights really good they can have a rematch.

I wanted to see Usyk V Fury next but honestly I think things will work out better doing it this way.

Who knows what will happen if Fury is involved in the mix.
He obviously wanted to fight an easy bum instead of Whyte and now it looks like he's strung everyone along with the potential Usyk fight.
I believe Eddie and Usyk's camp over Fury's bull shite.
Even though he's careful with his words on camera Hearn must be mega annoyed with Fury after the whole saga especially when he messed him about over the Joshua fight last year.

Fury may well be better than both Joshua and Usyk but the chances of him actually proving it with all his clowning around are very slim.

And to be calling Usyk a coward when he wants to fight the best, much bigger guys in their own back yard is laughable.

Fury never ducked Haye, much the opposite in fact.

But this latest one is certainly on him.

The fact you cite Hate as someone who Fury ducked tells you everything. Haye pulled out of that fight you idiot and has said on camera multiple times that he regrets doing it.
