Except AJ actually has skills and power, power in both hands. Hence why Belly still doesn't want that smoke for all the oil in Saudi lol

Tyson Fury vs Anthony Joshua is the fight to make for both guys

I liked the idea that Eddie Hearn had proposed of having the 2 fight each other twice this year and then have them both retire

How cool of a way to end their careers would that be?

Fury charging in to face Wilder on foreign soil with the deck stacked against him in poor shape but being afraid of Joshua just doesn't make sense. Joshua showed his skills in the Usyk and Dubois fights. Fury fearing a fighter who has LESS power and one he still has a huge skill edge over just doesn't add up.

The idea that Joshua and Eddie avoided punchers, however, is gaining more and more traction...

It makes perfect sense. Belly is still ducking AJ to this day because he knows that, in complete contrast to The Dosser, in addition to massive power he also actually has skills and isn't a one-trick pony who gets outboxed by low skilled bums and can't box to save his life. There's a reason why Belly was willing to come off the couch and fact The Dosser in his backyard when not remotely near top shape or condition

    AJ has fought

    Wlad
    Povetkin
    Dubois
    J-Park
    Fat Andy
    Whyte
    Martin
    Breazeale
    Ngannou

All of whom were/are punchers to varying degrees

And in the amateurs, granted you can't pick and choose your opponents in the ams, he fought

    Cammarelle x 2
    Majidov
    Big Bang Zhang
    Savon
    Dychko
    Big Joe Joyce
    Nistor
    Whyte
    Clarke

AJ has fought a lot of punchers and that doesn't need to gain any traction because it's simply a fact

aj got smoked by the first right hand Dubois landed. He avoided prime punchers before then.

The only two true "punchers" on that list are an ancient Vlad and Dubois. Vlad dropped and almost stopped him at 41, Dubois dropped and stopped him easily. There've clearly been many instances of Joshua getting badly hurt in sparring to the point that this is the best list we've got.

Power, boxing skills, countering with combinations, determination are clearly Joshua's kryptonite.

I said they were/are all punchers to varying degrees which they are and we have to include the likes of Breazeale and Ngannou because it only reflects even worse on Belly and The Dosser if we don't so I'm not sure what you're laughing at, Einstein

And I'm pretty sure one of those dropped Belly in his pro debut

    AJ

    Wlad
    Povetkin
    Whyte
    Fat Andy
    J-Park
    Helenius
    Martin
    Breazeale

    Amateurs

    Majidov
    Cammerelle x 2
    Big Bang Zhang
    Big Joe Joyce
    Savon
    Nistor
    Whyte
    Dychko
    Kuzmin
    Frazer Clarke

Now compare that to Belly and The Dosser

    Belly

    The Dosser
    Whyte
    Chisora
    Ngannou

Feel free to draw up a list of all the punchers he fought in the amateurs so we can do a side by side comparison with all the ones AJ fought

    The Dosser

    Big Bang (''ancient'')
    Ortiz (''ancient'')
    J-Park
    Stiverne
    Helenius
    Breazeale

    Amateur

    Chakhkiev
    Romanov

So as you can see AJ has not only fought a lot more punchers than both and fought much or better opposition than both

Yes, AJ and E-Hearn sure were avoiding punchers when they signed to fight KO 95% Dubois aka one of the biggest punchers in the division.

Povetkin ''a medium power combination puncher'' :risas3:
