This guy is now begging, he hasn’t got any fight lined up, his rival is headlining shows and his promoter isn’t even pushing Khan to fight him. He is now saying I should get Pac man not Khan but let’s be honest Pac ain’t fighting Brook that’s too tough he would rather go for a vulnerable Khan.

Imo Brook needs to get down back to 147 and join Haymon, mix it up with Porter, Spence, Thurman and Garcia.

You guys think Hearn sold him out?

Brook sold himself out. I said on fight night, instead of being at Birmingham on Saturday, he should have been at the Garcia fight. Spence, Hurd, Charlo, Broner and the two main eventers. All potential opponents for Brook (ok maybe not Broner). He should have rocked up with Saunders and caused mayhem. The next day, he should have been all over the YouTube videos generating hype and calling them all out. He beat Porter remember.

Instead he’s too busy bumming Khan.

I think overly emotive terms such as '''sold out' are rarely useful or justified when applied to ongoing negotiations.

Let's see what the outcome is. I think Brook wants to quit and is only interested in the money that a low risk fight against Khan would offer. Eddie wants the same thing imo

So true. And the only reason he would want the Pac fight is to stop Khan from getting it.

    Nope.

    Brook is OBSESSED WITH Khan.

Hearn has GOT him the fights he's asked for and HAS signed khan in an attempt to finally get him that fight.

Brook DEMANDED a golovkin fight because he was trying to one up Khan, Hearn got golovkin over for him, stupid as it was Brook got what he asked for.

Hearn then got him Spence over so he could fight him in his backyard. Brook QUIT.

Brook hasn't lived the life, he's put in garbage performances vs lesser opposition, he's built his entire career around Khan, he demanded a stupid fight with Golovkin which ended his prime, he quit against Spence and has NEVER shown serious interest in fighting any top Welters except Khan.

Brook basically is an idiot who squandered his talent. Hearn did as well as anyone could hope, Brooks stupidity is his OWN responsibility.

If I’m Brook I would try to get the Crawford fight due to Crawford not having legitimate opponents in the near future and Crawford’s lust to prove he’s better than Spence.. I think ESPN/Top Rank would give him a great offer to take that fight

A few left hands from Pac will have Brook wanting out. Both easy fights for Pac.

Yep, totally logical, great fight. But not enough money for Brook. All he cares about is a low-risk cashout. Strong chance Bud would destroy those glass eyes again.

Yeah, I agree with the majority so far.

I think Brook is just as much to blame as Hearn. It does feel like Brook was such a wasted talent in that he could of been so much better than his career has proven to be.

Dont get me wrong i dont think Hearn is blameless arguably they could of not offered him golovkin as going up that much is weight was not a good idea... he also could of pushed him more in the states and fight the better names in the division.

but hearn didnt stick a knife in his leg and keep in out of the ring... hearn didnt make him take golovkin or make him spend his whole career talking about khan

Not at all, Brook spent his whole career chasing Khan instead of creating his own legacy and now has found himself in the cold somewhat.

When he beat Porter he could have pushed for fights with the other titlists and top boxers at the time - Pacquiao, Bradley, Thurman, Broner, Chino, Garcia, Peterson etc, there were big fights to be made, maybes harder due to politics but he could have pushed harder for them.

Instead he fought Dan, Bizier and Gavin before cashing out on the GGG and Spence fights. He could have had bigger fights if he'd wanted them but also messed up his title run by getting into an altercation whilst on the lash that saw him stabbed for the second time during his career.

Hearn has pushed him to a title, gave him three PPV headline bouts and gave him two big payday fights and the opportunity to cement his legacy which he failed to do so.

Khan clearly doesn't want to fight Brook and hasn't since day 1 so Brook should be looking at other options and should have been for the last six years.

Hearn sold him out when he put Brook in the ring with GGG monster who fractures his scull.

Brook needs to leave that sucker and head to old fish eyes

I seen the interview with Kell when he found out that Hearn had signed Kahn(IFL) and he was genuinely knocked back, probably after all the behind the scenes stuff Hearn would've said about Kahn not wanting to fight Kell and thinking they were buddies too, but its business. It may be best if he retires, it doesn't look like he's got the stomach at this stage for anyone but Kahn, and he ain't getting that fight imo

His face is smashed into different pieces and metal pins are holding it all together.

He wants Khan because Khan is significantly smaller than him and he could get him out of there with one shot.

Others at 147lbs or 154lbs could genuinely retire him with brutal face shots. He could be the next Margarito.

Brook is simply holding out for one last big payday, i think both him and his promoter are in agreement in that aspect. He had his face caved in 2 fights in a row, the next serious fighter he faces will likely be his last.

I blame Brook for taking that GGG fight I will always blame him for that, Hearn takes no blame for that. However Eddie has been side to side w/ Brook attacking Amir Khan for ducking Brook. Yet he doesn’t seem critical of the fact Khan is still at it. Kell Brook is looking embarrassing out here, he looks so desperate constantly begging.
