Yep, Gavin was the amatuer World gold medalist with masses of natural talent on his way to a professional world title and Price was a chinny, robotic fighter who'd be lucky to make it to a British title shot.

What I can't understand is if people like Bellew and DeGale haven't been paid as alleged, how come they are finding difficult to jump ship. Surely a fighter would be able to extricate his contract without much fuss since the other side wouldn't be holding up their end of the bargain

Nah,they just want people to get in early so paywizard doesn`t crash again like it did for the Chisora-Viali fight and cost them thousands of subs.I expect him to go about it on every boxing hour untill fight night.

 

I guess BoxNation would also want people to pay early then they don't have to give a **** whether they decide to do something else that night instead. They already have the money.

 

Eddie hearn always seems/looks very desperate, always paying for his big name boxers to come & watch his shitty prizefighter fights, always got them at ringside when hes promoting fights. Once even seen him say on twitter that he was on his way to pick up brook or barker to watch a prizefighter.

 

While it's a complete disgrace if fighters haven't been paid, I still think British Boxing needs Fwank or at least another big promoter to rival Hearn. Boxnation is good for boxing fans as it expands our viewing options and it is now providing a fairly decent schedule and service.

All that being said, Hatton getting on ITV or CH5 would be even better.
