He seems really decent. Of course they're all talkers, but he is doing big things in promoting.

I reiterate - he is the same as any other promoter. He’ll do or say anything that’s required to sell his brand. The way he jumped on the Audley bandwagon in the lead-up to the Haye fight was embarrassing. Made even more funny by the fact that he accuses Haye of being nothing more than a money-grabber...

...whilst he himself spent the best part of the build-up selling the lie that Audley Harrison was a legit threat in the “biggest fight in British history” all in an attempt to piggy-back off Haye’s name and enjoy a healthy payday himself. Transparent and honest, my arse. He's the same as the rest and I see no reason why we should treat him as some sort of saint.

My point exactly. He's a promoter that'll latch onto an opportunity just like all other promoters do. He does that for all of his fighters, yeah, but guess what, so do other promoters . But when they do it, it's them cherry-picking and keeping their fighters protected. When Eddie does it, it's him being a nice bloke that cares for his fighters :roll:.
