    :yep

A masterstroke by eddie he is not dumb eddie has offered CM that much, because he knows AJ wins and gets a world title, and then he ca make the really bigs fights, where far bigger sums are involved and josh then will have far stronger negotiation muscle

shrewd strategy from eddie and don't believe him when he says its a 50-50 fight most of the casuals will fall for it but not the hardcores:yep

Eddie did a lot of scouting on martins(not that you need to few clips on YouTube is enough to know AJ stops him easy)

I'm really favoring Joshua, but this is a big step up for both men.
For Martin it turned out that the huge Glazkov stepup ended without an actual fight and he has nothing else to show for it on his resume, while Joshua's claim to fame is a slugfest with borderline top50 Whyte.

These guys are prospects fighting for a title. Everything can happen.

He's also paying massive money because Joshua is a massive star, which means he can afford to pay massive money to his opponents. Joshua won't be on free-to-air TV again for a long, long time - regardless of the opponent. Hearn has already alluded to Joshua having earned millions already in his career - which is bonkers when he's only been a professional for 2 and a half years with 15 fights.

Did you know that CM was in a club and not on TV and he could get rounds in with the durable Love and manage to KO him conveniently in the last round when he wanted to to preserve his KO streak, and that Love went to England two months later almost to the day, clearly not recovered from the 10 round beatdown at the hands of Martin, and was stopped in 2 rounds by an AJ who had something to prove since he was on TV in front of millions in the UK who were all expecting a KO so he had to deliver, and he had a fight with Kevin Johnson 2 months later.:p

Would love to see Joshua get "Knee'd" by Martin, the hype has simply been too much for me to stomach.

CST what will your opinion of AJ be if he beats martin? Obviously depends on manner of victory but surely you'll have to rate him even if it's a close points win, as you think martin is pretty good.

That's great always like to hear boxing getting good compensation but AJ should win this

The fight is probably going to be fixed.

I wouldn't be at all surprised by Martin getting battered by a series of after-the-bell punches, hold-and-hit jobs, and other fouls that go unpunished and then being hit with unexplained points deductions and warnings on his way to losing via an all-time "British stoppage".

He'll get well paid for it though. :patsch

Martin needs to extend Joshua rounds and then KO him. Joshua has no stamina and no Chin. None.
