I do not blame usyk for the failed fury fight but i do for running away from a wilder fight . And before we start talking again : WBA cleared the way for usyk-wilder. He would not loose any belts

What on Earth are you talking about, mate? Usyk already confirmed that his main goal was to get the WBC belt by beating Fury and then he would fight Wilder. Why would he fight him before? Wilder isn’t even his mandatory.

 

He will not get the wbc belt neither by fighting wilder nor by fighting dubois so fighting wilder will not close his road to undisputed .
But wilder would be the by far more challenging opponent , more show for the sport and way more income for usyk . And wilder was available .

Since he skips the income and the show there is only one reason for this : he fears to loose against wilder and thats a duck .

You're delusional. DuBois is the mandatory, nor Wilder. You need to fight the mandatory to keep from getting stripped....understand,,,,it's rather straight forward.

 

Elimination fights mean nothing and do not guarantee you anything, boxing organizations can still decide differently, Dubois got a chance against Usyk because that fight brings viewership and money and no one is interested in watching an unpopular fighter from smaller countries...

 

Team usyk was and is in full control of signing a deal with dubois or not . Dubois as a big underdog had nothing to say . We see this in the fact that usyk delayed any progress in negotations with dubois for months and even passed a wba deadline but agreed immediately with him after wilder was nominated as next mandatory .

But i see usyk has a very strong support here so no need to argue for me. He fought three !!! Oponents in hw in his entire career but he is nevertheless the greatest of the greatest and the only one who is willing to fight anybody ;-)

Btw : people who try with personal insults like calling out others 'delusional' only show they own weakness . And usyk needs such weak fans so he can cover behind weak mandatories while ducking dangerous opponents.
