    "We have to take it seriously. They want total control of the show and date/venue. That's not necessarirly a deal breaker.....We have to take this seriously.
    We really want to do the fight in the UK, but if there is serious money elsewhere we will take it seriously. No disrespect to Wilder, but he doesn't have that kind of money, so we need some proof and a proper contract. We want to know where this money is coming from.
    I've spoke to AJ, we want to see if it's real, and of course need proof.....If we get proof of the amount, and it's upfront, held and secure, we will be interested of course.
    It has to be in Vegas or the UK, we don't want it to touted about in the likes of Saudi Arabia etc.
    If the money is there, there's a real strong chance this fight happens. If this offer is serious we will take it very seriously.....
    But we have no formal offer, or a contract. We cannot take it seriously until we see this.

    Even over here in the US a lot of journalists are questioning if they have the money, if they do, and provide proof, we want the fight.

    This offer did not come from Finkel or Haymon, it came from Wilder's personal account. We need proof and a contract.

    All we want to see is proof of the funds and know where the fight will take place. I look forward to discussing it at the meeting on Friday....Hopefully there will be some formal paperwork."

    Eddie hearn knows very well that Wilder and his team can generate the 50 million.

    Al Haymon is a different breed when it comes to generating all time record breaking numbers.

    The mafia, wealthy investors and hedge funds are his soldiers that all dance to his tune.

    I hope that this is true, and the fight will take place this year. But I have very big doubts that this fight can attract more than $ 50 million

    team wilder a few fights ago went into a sealed bid mandatory with povetkin and the most they could pay was 3.5 uk million split between the 2 fighters and it was not enough to secure home advantage for there man.

    team wilder is complicated with so many managers/promoters/advisors / so we will see
    but joshua said if he was offered 50 million guaranteed he will take it so if the offer is real its twice as much as what he has earnt before .

    team wilder have paid his previous oppoents from 75k to 350k and are now offering 36 million to joshua.
