Fury is going to absolutely brutalize Wilder, and i will enjoy every second of it. Pray to the gods Wilder doesn't get brain damage from this ass whoopin he's about to receive.

If Eddie gets a royal invitation to the House of Saud to discuss the latest developments in person, he’d be the one wise to decline.

Hearn was the only one trying to put this fight together, we heard nothing from Warren and Arum aside fromWaren saying Fury didn`t want to sign the contract, funny how Arum already has a site for Fury v Wilder 3 too.

    Simple solution

Make Fury the WBC "super" champion and have him vacate his regular belt and let Wilder fight for it.

Give this new belt the same cache as the old best so it has some provenance and credibility.

This allows Fury to bypass his Wilder obligation and lets him and Joshua fight as intended.

Wilder can then fight Usyk for the vacant strap and we're all entertained as usual.

Hearn said himself Warren has minimal control over or involvement with Fury, so fine it's Arum also.

So as much as I'd like to blame old dent head, I simply can't. Anytime he spoke Hearn shot him down and said he has nothing much to do with it.

Hearn has said he was the only working on it because he has a relationship with the Saudis, what was Arum suppose to be doing exactly?

Funny? Maybe Arum did what Hearn didn't and planned for the potential problem.

Hearn has upset the travelling community with his Canelo bias and now upset the Saudi Arabian Royal family.. Hearn will do well to see 2022.

    I wish Eddie well.

People always overlooked the danger the arbitration posed. I haven't seen the contract obviously nor do I know what arguments the two sides made, but I would guess that Fury's team argued that Wilder allowed the deadline to pass to invoke the rematch.

But Wilder's side would argue that Covid posed an unforeseeable and material change to the fight's financial prospects. And he had some good facts in his back pocket, including the delay of various sports leagues, the slowdown that took place in boxing generally and specifically that Fury himself has not fought since 2/2020. Given that the fight's success arguably depended on a live gate, and no live gate was possible, that's a pretty compelling argument. Fury would have had to argue that the money was there even without a live gate, but again -- look at how the broadcasters approached boxing without crowds.

To reiterate, I don't know what the two sides argued or what issue(s) proved dispositive in the ruling. But certainly it does not appear to be a strange or surprising outcome in light of the above facts.

That's been the site for the third fight since last year.

People can point a lot of fingers, but at least there is a site, and distributors and signed contracts and basically all they have to do is begin the promotion for Wilder-Fury 3.

Not only did Hearn not get the site fee from the Saudis, they haven't built the stadium yet. It was all "pie in the sky." For all the months of waiting everyone did when it came to Fury-Joshua, not much was accomplished.

If Fury-Wilder 3 and Joshua-Usyk had been going on while Hearn tried to put this together, nobody would care all that much. But he kind of brought the division to a standstill.

Sounds like both Wilder and AJ have played a blinder between them, keep Fury out for as long as possible and then fight him.

    Belts not the issue here
    It’s the contractual obligation

    Which is for the belt.

No belt and the fight lose appeal.

    Pray for Wilder.

Breland can't save him this time around.
