Brooks resume is beyond pathetic.

 

Its not the fact Brook/Rios would be PPV its the fact the card will be so ****poor and full of mismatches such as Joshua versus his next door neighbour the binman

 

Hearn would surely be far better putting Kell on regular sky against Gavin, Rios then a couple of others and then look for Khan Brook as PPV..

Although I would laugh If Gavin outboxed brook and won... Gavin v Rios could be interesting..

Hearn really pumps out the **** for PPV's.

I'm nearing wanting Gavin to absolutely shock everyone and beat Brook.

I don't see a problem with this one. This could be a really good fight.

 

Intresting fight tbh, Rios aint that bad and we can compare how Brook does against Rios to how Pac did.

 

It's an ok fight but not UK Ppv worthy

 

I'd like to see purses published in the UK so that we'd know if a card warrants PPV.

The issue is that if Matchroom/Sky consistently turn a profit on PPV this year they'll do it even for the lesser fights, even those where 150k buys would be the break even point.

 

Kell will have fought Jo Jo Dan, Frankie gavin and then Brandon Rios. Come nov-Dec he will have to fight another bum for his mandatory. After that you'll hear him call out amir Khan for the next couple of months for a summer showdown like he deserves it. Hearns plan all along, take easy fights then call khan out for that big payday.

 

I've given Khan pelters for Algieri and I believe rightly so but Rios is just a ****take after Gavin.

I forgive Brook slightly for Gavin because they did try and get Khan (not going through all that again) but there is plenty of time to get a better opponent than Rios.

Infact, why not just get a punchbag, stick a picture of Khans face on it and punch that for 36 minutes, would be more competitive than Rios.

 

Hearn is a moron. He berates Khan for boxing Algeri, however it's ok for him to put Rios in with Brook on ppv? He's such a slimeball that he fails to mention Rios had less success against Pacman with punches landed compared to that of Algeri had, just 2 fights earlier.
