Eddie Hearn wants a stake in Oosthuizen should he defeat Carl Froch. This is preventing the fight being signed for November.

Co-promoted by DiBella and some SA promoter. As Earl says, just put in a rematch clause.

    Froch should beat Oosthuizen anyway.

The South African is pretty damn good for a 24 year old, and at 6 foot 4 he can give Froch problems, but I'd expect Frochy to get the win fairly comfortably.

They can't have a rematch clause because the winner will face Bute next year.

nah mate he's not that good at all, I'd fancy groves and maybe even Degale to handle him, his size is a detrement his chin is at a nice level for Froch's cobra.

It's a decent enough fight on paper and the kid brings a belt, albeit the IBO, but i'd be amazed if he makes it past 5, Froch is a true elite miles ahead of anyone tommy has ever even sparred with, he's a typical protected south african. blood will be in the watter earlier and this kid will fold worse than Bute

He's more proven then Groves and Degale IMO, just look at the Chilemba fight, when has Oosthuizen shown a bad chin?

He should make it past 5 rounds for sure, I'd go with Froch on points.

Oosthuizen should be fairly easy for Froch. More so than Edwin Rodriguez who's another possible opponent.

Groves and Oosthuizen have got a common opponent in sierra. Groves KO6 Oousthuizen TKO11, Tommy has also not beaten anyone as good as Degale

i didn't say he has a bad chin, but it's a far cry being hit by the guys he's facing to being hit. repeatedly by a guy like froch who will finish you off in a flash.

Honestly This kid is Brian Magee level, and really that's who he should be fighting in a pick em sort of affair. froch is so far beyond that now.

    That means absolutely **** all!

And Oosthuizen has beaten somebody better then Degale..Isaac Chilemba :good

Also your overrating Froch' power and ability to finish an opponent off.

    No I don't belive I am.

Froch has only had issues with guys who are eluisive and fleet of foot, Tommy is neither, he is easy to hit, he may have a good chin against C level opposition but Froch is A level and Tommy has absoloutley nothing to keep Froch from mauling the **** out of him in a firefight

hey i'll admit i'm wrong if Tommy pulls it off but I don't see it.

As a froch fan i am "unconcerned" as i have ever been about a Froch opponent and I usually always give his opponents a decent chance, only one I didn't was Glenn Johnson
