be ashamed of them selves for taking on eric molina who already lost to wilder got kos in 1 rd by past prime areola ....disgraceful
You have quoted yourself and replied, explain yourself, did you forget to change accounts or are you just lonely?
By no means is it a great fight. But it is worth something that Joshua is fighting an opponent in his 18th fight that Wilder fought in his 34th.
This is becoming a theme now with the belts splattered around in the hands of different fighters, some of them clearly not even ready to face the best, and some of them simply extracting the urine out of the fans. The choice of a poor opponent for AJ was obvious from the beginning, and I was one of the few here to call it out straight away. When Hearn was trying to link him to a Wlad fight I called it as B.S for publicity reasons and I said the fight would never happen and AJ would instead fight a low grade opponent. AJ looks to be going down the Dee On Tay route, which is sad.
Oh come on how did Hearn injure Wlad to ensure the fight wouldn't happen. Is Wlad in on it has he bought shares in Joshua plc? Why would Wlad be in on this big con your describing when it means he is left stuck on the side lines unable to fight?
If Arreola was past prime 4.5 years ago, then what the hell was Wilder doing fighting him a few months ago??
Boxing fans have such **** memories. So go on detractors, out of realistic opponents who should AJ fight next?
I wish this forum had a dislike feature, it would stop so many pointless threads such as this with the op whining about a topic that has been discussed 100times in the past 24 hours already.
You do realise Ortiz has just signed with matchroom, you really think Eddie is going to pit his new fighter up against the cash cow prospect? This is probably the best fight for Joshua based on who is available and the progression in opponents is good, he is being managed well, he has big fights next year and he gets to test himself against a guy who took Wilder a few rounds in Wilder's 34th fight and this is only Joshua's 18th. Forget he has a title, he had an easy chance to become world champ and took it just like every one else would. Everyone in boxing says he's willing to fight anyone, doesn't mean he should.
