Eddie Hearn's selling strawberries on the marketplace video, would you trust this man?

he can thank his lucky stars he is not a fruit and veg seller / good money some of the time but it is about as hard a job timewise and hours wise as there is

I'll probably pass on the strawberries, but definitely will be in line for the next big fight. He's putting together some damn good cards. Not badly priced either...

IMO it's Personality. Competence in his job is irrelevant.

 

It's his smug smile ... honestly. The British public are sick of that grin.

 

He's only having a laugh... some people need to chill out abit.

 

the thing is he kind of admits he is a bit of a crafty sod. in interviews he seems pretty honest strangely enough for a wheeler dealer type, I believe his reasoning. he is good at what he does and has an excellent rapport with the fighters, this is not a don king like villain thats for sure.

 

Terribly hard job, living to work. Up at stupid o'clock standing in all weathers !

 

When do you hear stories of fighters claiming they have been stiffed by Hearn financially?

He does a great job promoting fights.

 

The question shouldn't be do you trust this man? It should be is he effective?

Eddie Hearn is merely a cog in the machine that is the boxing industry. A vital cog, but still a cog. He's a natural born salesman and he's very good at it.
